Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you change your mind about your order, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items must be in a condition suitable for resale. You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a shop, but we reserve the right to reduce any refund if the value of the goods has been diminished through excessive handling.

Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Where a cancellation is made within the statutory cooling-off period, we will also refund the standard delivery charge paid with the order. Additional delivery costs arising from premium delivery options are non-refundable.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you may be entitled to:

  • A full refund within 30 days of receiving faulty goods.
  • A repair or replacement where appropriate.
  • Further remedies if a repair or replacement is unsuccessful.

We will cover any reasonable return postage costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
